Renewable Future Wales is a renewable energy company providing solar PV, air source heat pumps, battery storage, and EV charging solutions across West Wales.

We are MCS certified installers and Vaillant Renewable Partners, ensuring quality installations that meet industry standards.

Our Services Include:

• Solar PV system design and installation
• Air source heat pump installations
• Battery storage solutions
• EV charging point installations
• Commercial renewable energy systems
• Maintenance and support services

We provide services across:

• Pembrokeshire - including Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Pembroke, Tenby
• Carmarthenshire - including Llanelli, Carmarthen, Ammanford
• Ceredigion - including Aberystwyth, Cardigan, Lampeter

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Prices include VAT at the current rate
• Government grants (BUS scheme) are subject to availability and eligibility
• Site surveys may be required for accurate pricing
• Additional costs may apply for complex installations or site modifications

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and clear access to installation areas
• Ensure all necessary permissions and permits are obtained
• Provide accurate property and electrical system information
• Be available during scheduled installation times

Our Responsibilities:

• Professional installation by certified engineers
• Compliance with building regulations and safety standards
• MCS certification for all installations
• Commissioning and testing of systems
• Handover documentation and user training

Product Warranties:

• Solar panels: 25-year performance warranty
• Heat pumps: 7-year manufacturer warranty
• Battery storage: 10-year manufacturer warranty
• EV chargers: 3-year manufacturer warranty

Installation Warranty:

• 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations
• Annual system health checks available
• Emergency call-out service within 24 hours

Deposit Requirements:

• MCS Installations: 25% deposit required upon order confirmation (maximum £5,000)
• Other Services: 50% deposit required upon order confirmation

Payment Terms:

• Remaining balance due upon installation completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, card payment
• Government grants applied at point of sale where applicable
• Finance options available subject to approval

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of acceptance (Consumer Contracts Regulations).

• Cancellation must be in writing
• Refunds processed within 14 days of cancellation
• Cancellation charges may apply for custom orders
• No cancellation right exists after installation begins

• We carry comprehensive public liability insurance
• All installations covered by professional indemnity insurance
• Liability limited to the value of the contract
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Customer responsible for obtaining appropriate home insurance

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

Your data is used solely for service delivery and may be shared with relevant authorities for compliance purposes.

We aim to resolve any issues directly. If you're not satisfied:

• Contact us within 7 days of the issue arising
• We will investigate and respond within 14 days
• Complaints can be escalated to relevant trade bodies
• Alternative dispute resolution available through approved schemes
