Who are we?
We're a Pembrokeshire-based renewable energy company installing solar, heat pumps, batteries and EV chargers for homes and businesses across West Wales. Simon and Tom still quote every project, while our growing team of renewable energy technicians carries out the work.
Our Story
Simon and Tom started Renewable Future Wales because they were tired of seeing people in West Wales get let down by companies that promised the world and disappeared after installation. The idea was simple: do the job properly, be honest about what works and what doesn't, and actually pick up the phone when someone calls.
We handle the full journey — survey, design, installation, commissioning and aftercare. Simon and Tom are still the people who quote your work, so you have a direct relationship with the people planning your system. They used to carry out every installation themselves and still do on occasion, but as the business has grown their time is now focused on quoting, design and looking after customers.
We are training and bringing on apprentices to become renewable energy technicians in South West Wales. That means building a skilled local team for the future, with the right training and support behind every installation.
We are Vaillant Mastertech certified, Fox ESS Advanced Installers, MCS registered, a Which? Trusted Trader and TrustMark approved. These standards are not listed to sound impressive — they mean your installation is backed by the right training, quality requirements and consumer protections.
