For applications from 21 July 2026 to 31 March 2027, the BUS grant is £9,000 for oil or LPG and £7,500 for mains gas. There is no EPC condition for these grant rates. We handle the MCS paperwork and show the grant clearly in your written quote.

Heat pump advice for Pembrokeshire properties
Pembrokeshire has a high proportion of oil-heated homes, particularly in rural and coastal areas away from the mains-gas network. Properties around Haverfordwest, Tenby, Fishguard and St Davids can be excellent candidates for an oil-to-heat-pump conversion — but the design must account for insulation levels, radiator sizing, hot-water cylinder capacity and outdoor unit positioning for coastal exposure.
