Outside Unit Inspection
- Visual inspection of entire outdoor unit
- Wash and straighten heat exchanger fins for maximum efficiency
- Clean unit and remove algae buildup
- Inspect external pipework insulation - minor repairs FOC, major quoted
- Cycle all valves to ensure they remain serviceable
- Empty and clean strainer (filter) if fitted outside
