Built between June 2023 and July 2024, the property features a 3.5kW Vaillant aroTHERM plus heat pump paired with 96m² of wet underfloor heating on the ground floor. Despite being operated as a holiday let through Sykes Cottages, the system consistently delivers exceptional performance.
